How we work
Shield Services are monitoring, assessment and advice. We look for problems, explain them in plain language and recommend what to do. We never change your network or devices; any change is yours to make or approve.
The programs
Scam Shield checks your incoming email and moves clear scam attempts into a separate folder, so they stay out of your inbox. Anything it isn't sure about still reaches you, marked with a caution note. Nothing is ever deleted, and you can put any message back from a simple app.
Email protection
We place a small device on your home or office router that checks your network every week and tells us when something changes. Each month we send you a plain-language check-up of the devices and exposed services on your network, with recommended fixes. We don't change your network or read the content of your traffic.
Home and office networks
Smart Home Shield takes stock of your connected devices, such as cameras, TVs, smart plugs and thermostats, and grades each one for common weak spots like default passwords or outdated software. Each month you get a clear report with the steps we recommend. Any change is yours to approve.
Connected devices
We find where your personal details show up on people-search and data-broker sites, prepare removal requests for you, and track them through to completion. We keep watching for your information to reappear and let you know when it does. Each site controls its own compliance, so we can't promise permanent removal, but we keep following up.
